You can setup Azureus to automatically download new Big Brother 7 Australia or Big Brother 8 United Kingdom shows using the rss feed plugin.

Just install the Azureus rss feed plugin, and follow these instructions to tell it to fetch from one or both of these rss feeds (every hour or so):
http://bigbrother.us.to/bb7.au.rss.xml
http://bigbrother.us.to/bb8.uk.rss.xml

Be sure to unselect "use URL as referrer", and put in "http://www.mininova.org/" as the url.
